Nashville, TN (June 5, 2018)…“Ride
Through The Country,” country star Colt Ford’s breakthrough album on
Average Joes Entertainment, will be released as a Deluxe Edition June
29, 2018 to commemorate Ford’s first decade of making music and
entertaining fans. “Ride Through The Country (Deluxe Edition)” features
the 14 original fan favorites, plus five additional tracks and is
available for pre-order here. Special pre-order bundles are available via the Average Joes Superstore here and
include a limited-edition poster, t-shirts and more. Ford continues
his Ride Through The Country this summer when he embarks on a 25-city
national summer tour (see dates below).
Instrumental in launching Ford’s career in country music in 2008, “Ride
Through The Country,” yielded an Academy of Country Music nomination for
Vocal Event of the Year for “Cold Beer f/Jamey Johnson.” In addition,
“Dirt Road Anthem,” written by Ford and Brantley Gilbert, went on to
become the first #1 song for both artists as songwriters when Jason
Aldean cut the track in 2010. Also featured on the title track, “Ride
Through The Country,” is John Michael Montgomery.
Fans will enjoy
the journey back in time to hear five more familiar tracks – the PBR
anthem, “Buck ‘Em;” the Outdoor Channel theme, “Huntin’ The World;” the
NASCAR song, “Left Ya’ll in The Dust;” “Big White Redneck f/Craig
Campbell” and “Day in the Life f/Andy Griggs,” written by Jamey Johnson.

About Colt Ford
In 2012, Colt co-wrote two #1 hits; Jason Aldean’s “Dirt Road Anthem,”
and Brantley Gilbert’s, “Country Must Be Country Wide.” His album,
“Declaration of Independence,” topped the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart at #1, and was followed by, “Thanks For Listening,” in July 2014. “Thanks For Listening” charted at #1 on Billboard’s Independent Albums, #1 on Billboard’s Rap Albums chart, #2 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums Chart and #10 on the Billboard 200 Albums chart.
