 Lamitschka:
How did you choose the title for the CD?  Is there a story behind the
name?

Answer:
Somehow I think there was no doubt about
it.  Sunrise is a beautiful and strong word on its own and it is a quite
important song for me as well.

Lamitschka:
Do you write the songs yourself? If not, how do you go about finding the songs
for your CD?

Answer:
Yes, the lyrics and melody comes from me
but at a early stage I play it for Lars Halapi who has always been my producer
, guitarplayer and a big part of everything and then we go from there together.

Lamitschka:
Please tell us about the songs on your album (influences, etc).

Answer:
I dont know what to say really. Each song
has its own reason. I’ve noticed that my” planed” songs never get written..

Lamitschka:
What is the difference between your last CD and your current one?

Answer: I never think about differences. It’ s
more like it’s a new chapter in my book so to say.

Lamitschka:
What kind of songs do you like to record the most?

Answer:
Maybe it’s the slowest ones after all..

Lamitschka:
What is your favorite song among all the songs you have recorded and what’s the
story behind it?

Answer:
I cant really choose but All about you was
a magic recording. It was written a few hours before and it was the first take
and everyone was really concentrated but still so relaxed, it is hard to
explain..

Lamitschka:
As an artist, you so many tasks such as recording, touring, interviews. What do
you like best, what’s your favorite activity?

Answer:
I usually say that the writing is my inner
need and gives satisfaction to my soul.

Recording is pure
happiness.

Touring is fun and
exciting.

Interwiews… is the
hardest part (sorry!)

Lamitschka:
What inspired you to become a songwriter?

Answer: My father died in a drowning accident when
I was fourteen. Then the real song came out of me. It felt comforting
somehow so it was something I continued with everytime I had to deal with
feelings.

 Lamitschka:
What moments in your career stand out in your memory as highlights and
achievements which you are proud of?

Answer: I’ m proud of all my records together.

That this has become
such a big part of my life for so long . Happy for the long great relationship
with the band . Thankfulness .

Thats all I feel .
Sometimes we in the band can talk about special memories , those times are a
kind of highlights..

 Lamitschka:
When you get time off, how do you like to relax?

Answer:
I like to spend daytime on my own.

I relax the best in my
home for the most .

Lamitschka:
What can your fans expect to see when they see you in concert?

Answer:
Hoppfully , that they’ll feel that we are
all there together . Sharing what ever happens in the room. Some new and some
older songs..

Lamitschka:
What’s your favorite song that you wish you could have recorded?
