SMITHFIELD RAISE OVER $30,0000

SMITHFIELD RAISE OVER $30,0000 AT DALLAS BENEFIT CONCERT ‘COUNTRY FOR A CAUSE’

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (August 12, 2016)
Country music duo, Smithfield returned to their home state of Texas for
a special concert benefitting the father of one-half of the duo,
Jennifer. They were shown an overwhelming amount of love and support
from their community, raising over $30,000 at the first annual ‘Country for a Cause’ concert. FOX’s Good Day Dallas welcomed the duo in support of the benefit and they treated viewers to a performance of the SiriusXM The Highway chart topper, “Nothing but the Night.” Click HERE to view the segment.

Jennifer’s
father, Jack Fiedler went into cardiac arrest earlier this year, which
left him unable to work, and in a rehabilitation facility for the
foreseeable future. When the families insurance cut off ongoing care
that was and is crucial for Fiedler’s full recovery, the duo decided to
take matters into their own hands and put on a benefit concert.  Hosted
by KPLX 99.5 The Wolf’s Skip Mahaffey, Smithfield sold over 700 tickets
to the show.  To make a donation to the cause, click HERE.
