NASHVILLE, Tenn. (June 30, 2012) –Two
members of international touring band Mustang Sally were taken to the
hospital following a storm of high winds and rain that blew through
Celina, Ohio, on Friday, June 29, as the band was preparing for its
concert at the Freedom Days 2012 Festival. Mustang Sally was on the bill
to headline opening night of the popular outdoors event at Lakeshore
Park.

were taken to a local hospital, and later released, for
non-life-threatening injuries that occurred when winds brought down
parts of the stage. Two crew members with the Freedom Days Festival also
sustained injuries and were taken to the hospital.

Damage was widespead throughout a two-county area, with winds estimated at 80 mph, according to The Daily Standard, the Celina newspaper. Freedom Days organizers canceled all activities for the remainder of Friday.

The festival is set to resume activites at noon Saturday, with Mustang Sally rescheduled to take the main stage at 6 p.m.
