Riding a rocket of commercial, critical and live-performance success,
Wallen’s last 12 months have been record year on multiple fronts – and a
signal of what’s to come in 2020.
In December, Wallen finished his acclaimed role on Luke Combs’ massive
BEER NEVER BROKE MY HEART TOUR, which closed with a SOLD OUT two-night
stand at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena and found fans arriving early to
see Wallen’s electrifying direct-support set all over the country.
Meanwhile, the proven hitmaker tapped into another gear on the charts,
landing his multi-week #1 “Whiskey Glasses” at the top of bothBillboard’s year end Hot Country Songs and Country Airplay charts. Billboard also placed Wallen at seventh overall on the 2019 Top Artists list, and fifth in the male category.
On top of earning multiple new certifications from the RIAA – GOLD distinctions for “The Way I Talk,” on-fire Diplo collaboration “Heartless,” and debut album IF I KNOW ME,
plus PLATINUM hardware for “Up Down” (featuring Florida Georgia Line)
and “Whiskey Glasses” – Wallen was also featured on a variety of
