Nashville, TN – Mckenzie Comer returns to the states buoyed by the support of Forever New. The Australian fashion brand has teamed up with the New Zealand born Aussie singer with a substantial promotion and marketing fund which includes support for the release of a single in the fall of this year.
Mckenzie, a 14-year-old singer songwriter from Queensland, has used social media to create a loyal following, with over 750,000 views on her YouTube Channel and nearly 25,000 Twitter followers. Other hot young artists like Justin Bieber and McKenzie’s personal friend, Cody Simpson, have seen their stars rise rapidly in the wake of similar online activity, with young fans flocking to their sites.
Discovered online by American management company Stokes Tunes, Mckenzie recently visited Nashville where she recorded new music and launched a national promotional campaign. She is currently in the U.S. to perform at EMI studios in LA, Nashville, Atlanta and New York.
Additionally, Kckenzie is performing for thousands of kids through Camplified, a touring entertainment show for teen/tween camps across the country. The Camplified concert tours showcase emerging artists to audiences of campers in an age-appropriate rock concert setting.
The sponsorship will see Forever New provide Mckenzie with clothing and accessories for a year. In addition, her music will be played in stores internationally including Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, Turkey, China and Singapore and on the Forever New Facebook page and website which receive over 10,000 hits per day. The Forever New website will also feature Mckenzie Comer’s journey so her fans can follow her career.
“I am such a huge fan of Forever New and buy more than half my wardrobe from there,” the ecstatic Comer says. “I am thrilled that an Australian brand as big and successful as Forever New believes in me and is prepared to support my career development,” said Mckenzie.
