(Nashville, Tenn. – April 24, 2018) – Following the recent release of his self-titled debut EP, Singer-songwriter, Kyle Daniel has been named one of Rolling Stone Country’s “10 New Country Artists You Need to Know” (view here).
“Ever
since I began to play music, the idea of even being mentioned in
Rolling Stone has been nothing short of a dream. I am extremely honored
to be listed as one of the ‘10 New Country Artists You Need to Know’ and
still can’t believe this is all happening. If this is a dream, please
don’t wake me!” said Daniel.
After
years of touring with Clare Dunn, Casey James, Bob Seeger, Miranda
Lambert, Chris Young, Anderson East and Jericho Woods, Kyle Daniel is
taking the spotlight with his debut release (listen here).
The
EP, self-produced and co-written by Daniel, is made up of songs that
are extremely personal and close to his heart. The project has rich
hints of Americana, Blues, Country, SoulandRock.
Rolling Stone Country says, “[Daniel’s]
single ‘Hangover Town’ is a rocking bit of Stones swagger, with the
dusty sing-along quality of Hayes Carll’s ‘Bad Liver’ and a Broken
Heart.”
In
celebration of being named one of Rolling Stone’s “10 New Country
Artists You Need to Know,” and his debut release, Daniel has planned a
showcase on May 22nd at The Basement (604 8th Ave S. #330, Nashville, TN
37203) in Nashville, TN at 7:00 p.m.
