Keni Thomas’ Inspirational Music Video

Keni Thomas’ Inspirational Music Video,
“Hold The Line”
Debuted On The Boot , Tuesday, October 14
(Nashville, TN. Oct. 14, 2014)
“Hold The Line,” the assertive and inspirational new music video from
country singer Keni Thomas made its official debut on The Boot, October
14 at 9:00 am.
 “Hold
The Line” is a lyrical tribute to the value of working together to
achieve great things—whether standing “shoulder to shoulder” on the
battle field, the football field or uniting to keep a precious family
intact.  The video was directed by Glenn Sweitzer and shot at locations
in Nashville, Washington, D. C. and Arlington, Virginia.
A new audio book version of Thomas’ 2011 bestseller, Get It On!: What It Means To Lead The Way will be released later this fall.
“Hold The Line”—the song—is featured in the recent award-winning documentary The Hornet’s Nest, which deals with the frontline war in Afghanistan.
 A
former Army ranger, Thomas has lived the life of cooperation and
commitment he sings and lectures about.  He fought in the battle in
Mogadishu, Somalia that inspired the movie Blackhawk Down and subsequently served as a military advisor for the Mel Gibson film, We Were Soldiers.
 Thomas
first came to country music prominence in 2004 with “Not Me,” a song he
recorded with guest artists Vince Gill and Emmylou Harris.  The song
spotlighted “reluctant leaders,” who first  proclaim their unfitness for
doing a hard job—but who then simply  buckle down and do it.
 Since
then, Thomas has distinguished himself as an entertainer, songwriter
and motivational speaker.  He is a regular guest as a military analyst
on all the major network news channels.
 In
May, Thomas made a triumphant return to the stage of the Grand Ole
Opry.  And in June, he bowed out of the CMA Music Festival to instead to
flyFrance and sing the National Anthem to commemorate the 70
th anniversary of D-Day and the unveiling of the Allied Paratrooper Monument in the village of Sainte-Mere-Eglise.
 “Leadership
has never been about the rank or position you hold,” Thomas says with
quiet authority.  “It’s about the example you set.”
“Hold The Line” is from the RBM Records album, Give It Away and available on iTunes.
