KC JOHNS RELEASES SOPHOMORE ALBUM CAROUSEL RIDE
Hometown shows their support at CD Release show

(Nashville, TN – 03/08/2011) Hernando, Mississippi based country music artist KC Johns has officially released her sophomore album Carousel Ride to retail stores and online retail outlets.
The album, recorded in Mount Juliet, TN at TJ Tunes produced by Thomm Jutz, features 12 tracks, all which were written or co-written by Johns including the albums playful lead single “Fishin’ In Daddy’s Pond.”
Johns says about the new album in comparison to her 2009 debut album Tell Me You Love Me, “Recording Carousel Ride was a blast!  Since I usually write my songs by myself, it was awesome to include two co-writes with this album and spend more time recording and spacing out the songs rather than hurrying to finish the album like we did with the debut.”
Johns hometown of Hernando, MS showed up to offer overwhelming support for KC and her new album this past Saturday March 5, 2011 when she performed at Windy City for her official CD Release show.
KC Johns will be on a radio tour to promote her new music and album throughout March going to Clarksdale, Tupelo, Memphis, and Jackson, TN based radio outlets.
Carousel Ride can be found in Hernando, MS at Cowboy Corner, Pucci Petique, and All About Hair, in Southaven, MS at Ideal Tires, in Senatobia, MS at Nelson Reed, in Maui, HI at Aloha Cowboy as well as online at Amazon, Napster, I-tunes.com, Rhapsody and www.kcjohns.net.
