JORDAN MCINTOSH ANNOUNCED AS SPECIAL GUEST ON THE YOUNG GUNS TOUR

Toronto, ON – Canadian Country artist Jordan McIntosh will join fellow Canadians Brett Kissel and One More Girl as a special guest on The Young Guns Tour.
Kicking off on February 4, the 17-year-old will be performing select
dates in cities and towns throughout Saskatchewan, Alberta, British
Columbia, PEI and New Brunswick. Other support acts will include Livy
Jeanne and Cory Marquardt. More tour dates to be announced in the New
Year.
“I
can’t wait to go out on the road with Brett and the girls,” says
McIntosh. “I had the chance to work with Britt and Carly (One More Girl)
on a recent Christmas film we shot so I’ve gotten to know them over the
past few months which makes me even more excited to share the stage
with them. Of course Brett is the next big thing in Country music so I’m
definitely looking forward to hanging out and learning so much from
this gifted performer. It’s going to be one hell of a show!”
Since
the release of his 2012 debut single “Walk Away,” McIntosh has
continued to build his brand within the Canadian Country music
community.  This past summer, he took part in the Emerging Artist
Showcase at Boots & Hearts Music Festival alongside other promising
talents including Wes Mack and The Recklaws. Additionally, the music
video for his third single, “Grew Up In A Country Song,” earned him the
title of Fresh Face Feature Artist on CMT Canada for the month of November.
Most
recently, McIntosh’s label IROC Music released a holiday track titled
“Christmas Time.” The single was #1 on the DMDS Top 5 Downloads chart
for the week of December 11 and his Country cover video of Lil’ Wayne’s
“How To Love” has reached over 200,000 views on YouTube in under six
weeks.
On December 20, the rising Country talent will appear in the film Home for Christmas
alongside George Canyon, airing on CMT at 10:00 p.m. EST. The single,
“Home For Christmas,” inspired by the holiday film was written and
performed by McIntosh, George Canyon, One More Girl and Aaron Pritchett
and is available now on iTunes Canada.
