Nashville, TN (October 24, 2013) – Rising Country star Joanna Mosca‘s voice
has been compared to those of Reba McEntire and Stevie Nicks, but her
sound is truly unique – rich, warm, powerful, playful and inviting.
She’ll bring that immediately identifiable voice to The Paramount (370
New York Ave., Huntington, NY) on Thursday, November 21 when she opens
for superstar LeAnn Rimes. The prestigious Long Island venue will open
its doors at 7 p.m. and the music starts at 8. Additional information
and ticketing options for the KJOY Radio / NASH FM-sponsored show can be
obtained by calling (631) 673-7300 or by logging on to http://paramountny.com.
The versatile singer/songwriter is currently riding high with her EP, LET IT ALL BEGIN.
Produced by Grammy award-winning entertainer Bryan White, the disc’s
release is a milestone in Joanna’s Country career. Highlights abound
and include a masterful duet with one of Country’s most-heralded vocalists, LONESTAR’S Richie McDonald. The “country as dirt” “Where Does Good Love Go”is as sultry and seductive as a steamy summer night under the magnolias. Another stellar track is Joanna’s current chart-rising single,”I Guess That Says It All,” written by White, Travis Thibodaux and Steve Williams. Resonating with honest emotion and a wealth of heartache, the track is earning Joanna new fans both here and abroad, leading to recent magazine profiles in Maverick (UK), Country Pulse, Le Cri du Coyote (France), Strictly Country, Up Country (UK), Rivetting Riffs, Kountry Korral (Sweden)Country Entertainment USA, The North East (UK), Nashville Music Guide, Country Music + Dance (Scotland), Country Music Attitude (France) and I Am Entertainment.
Her previous single/video, “Dream On Savannah,” wowed the crowds at this year’s CMA Music Festival and the clip has enjoyed nearly 200,000 YouTube views to date. Directed
by Steven Weaver (Montgomery Gentry, Craig Morgan, Jeff Bates) of
Revolution Pictures, the video was filmed in Nashville and can be seen
on ZUUS Country, CMT.com, GACtv.com and Yallwire.com.
