Jeremy McComb Last Man Standing
Video premiere at Country Music News International
Written by Rick Huckaby and Matt Nolen, Jeremy McComb’s “Last Man Standing,” is featured on the soundtrack for the American Western film, “Old Henry,” starring Tim Blake Nelson, Trace Adkins, Stephen Dorff and Gavin Lewis, released in October 2021. The film premiered at this year’s Venice film festival and has received rave reviews. The song is also featured on McComb’s new album, “Frontier Rock,” released in June 2021.
McComb sings about lost love and heartbreak in the acoustic video of “Last Man Standing” which was filmed at Watson’s Hat Shop in Arizona. Clips from the “Old Henry” film are interwoven throughout.
Born and raised in Idaho, McComb tours relentlessly. In addition to being a touring musician, he has worked in radio as a music director and tour-managed comedy sensation, Larry The Cable Guy. His album/EP releases include “My Side of Town” (2008), which yielded the Billboard charting single, “Cold”; “Leap And The Net Will Appear” (2011); and “FM” (2016).
