Filmed in a small Pueblo village
outside of Los Angeles, CA, temperatures rise high with the video’s
sultry setting. Under the blazing desert sun, director Jack Guy weaves
together vignettes featuring a classic sports car, beautiful lady, and
whiskey, surrounded by Frankie and his guitar making it all come alive.
“Sunshine & Whiskey” has already
sold well over 300,000 copies to date and follows his first #1,
GOLD-certified smash “Helluva Life.” Both songs are from his latest
album,
SUNSHINE & WHISKEY (Warner Bros. Records), which
ROLLING STONE COUNTRY noted as “required listening” and debuted in the Top 5 on the
Billboard
Country Albums Chart. Produced by Marshall Altman (Marc Broussard), the
project highlights Ballard’s unique blend of blues-infused, country
