Texas-born Country and Americana star DeeAnn Dominy is set to contribute her vocal talents to the 2015 Green Hills YMCA Breakfast of Champions fundraiser.
The annual event is a benefit breakfast; contributions are used to fund
many of the YMCA’s various community outreach initiatives like After
Breast Cancer, a wellness service that is free of charge to breast
cancer patients. The event is open to members of the YMCA and other
community leaders.
There
is an early morning breakfast at 6:45 a.m. and another set for 9:15
a.m. DeeAnn will perform musical sets for both. The keynote speaker is
former U.S. Senator William H. Frist (R-TN), while the emcee is Demetria
Kalodimos of the Nashville-based NBC affilliate station, WSMV-TV.
“I
couldn’t be more excited to play for the Breakfast of Champions,”
DeeAnn said. “The YMCA is a wonderful organization that does so much to
contribute to the local community and I am pleased to play such an
amazing event.”
