Singer Songwriter Chris Gardner just released his newest music video to date “Second Time Around”. An extremely creative story telling production that emphasizes modern life between well the wrong two people. it happens, you try and you try again but sometimes it just isn’t going to work out. Gardner has a knack for writing songs about the human condition and then again sometimes his pen strays into the humor of it all. But no matter what vein of reality he taps into this songwriter wanted to license his songs but since he needed to get the word out he chose to record his songs himself just to get the lyrics heard by other artists. The interesting part is that his recorded music topped the charts over and over again. Chris was gaining attention from radio show hosts first of all and when his music was spun it translated into audience enjoyment and received even more spins. Gardner was not on a mission to be number one as an artist although it was feeling great, his goal was to acquaint those that license music with his work. Then again recorded success should have probably been a bit more obvious as Gardner chose to work with only the best in the studio in order to showcase his songs. The recording sessions were held at Wire Road Studios and at the console was the much sought out sound master Andy Bradley and Gardner’s band was made up of Paul English on piano and B3, Rankin Peters on bass, Tyson Sheth on drums and percussion, Wayne Turner and Guilherme Fonseca on guitar. Plus adding a bit more sugar to the line up on “Second Time Around” Gardner added the late, great Kenny Cordray on lead guitar and the highly talented back round vocalist Teri Luedke. After the audio track was completed and the final mix reviewed Chris decided to team with the music video company Relaxing Blues Productions. The final edits have just been completed and you are now able to view the final product right here at Country Music News International.
