“Love Don’t Run” continues to climb the charts
NASHVILLE, TN (July 22, 2011) – Steve Holy’s video “Love Don’t Run” makes its world premiere on CMT.com today. Catch it online at CMT.com or tune in to CMT Pure, the network’s digital all-music channel, beginning July 25 where it has been added in heavy rotation. Currently a hit at radio, “Love Don’t Run” is the first single off of Steve’s much anticipated third studio album due out later this fall.
Directed by Eric Welch, the video was filmed in Nashville, TN at the Cheekwood Botanical Gardens and Museum in stifling heat and humidity. Shot in period costume with the beautiful Cheekwood mansion as a backdrop, the video depicts two young lovers fighting to stay together as Steve narrates the story.
“Love Don’t Run,” written by Joe Leathers, Rachael Thibodeau and Ben Glover, is currently at number 24 on the country charts making it Steve’s fastest climbing single to date.
