7th Studio Album NUMBER SEVEN Out Sept. 27 On Ryko

Nashville, TN- Sept. 2, 2011- Nashville singer/songwriter and long time road warrior Will Hoge is preparing for his fall headlining WHEN I GET MY WINGS 2011 TOUR kicking off on Sept. 24 in Athens, GA.  Joining Hoge for several dates on the 30 city tour will be indie pop rockers Locksley, with Jaron and the Long Road to Love, James Dunn, Brighton, Nic Cowan and Aunt Martha all confirmed for opening slots on various tour stops.  The beginning of the tour coincides with the release of Hoge’s latest album, NUMBER SEVEN, out Sept. 27 on Ryko.

“Being on the road is like second nature to me, and me and the guys in the band are so ready to start this fall tour,” says Hoge.   “I’ve spent years building relationships with fans all over the country, and they have been so supportive and loyal.  Some fans come up and tell me they’ve been to like 50 shows, and it just blows my mind.”

“Through sharp lyricisms and strong melodies, his songs are delivered with a passion and desperation that demand attention.”- NPR, World Cafe

“An American staple for more than a decade”- Free Times

“It doesn’t really seem to matter what the size of the crowd is, whether he has a new record or even if this was his thirteenth show in fourteen nights.  At any given moment, Will Hoge may be one of the hardest working live performers on the road and anyone who has seen him would argue he’s one of the best.”- antiMUSIC.com
