It was Will Banister’s debut cd, Turned Her On To Country, that first
brought the 23 year old singer/songwriter to the attention of the British
country music fans, with rave reviews leading on to swift import sales and, in
turn, an appearance at Wembley’s International Festival of Country Music
on Sunday, February 26. There his six song set brought the audience to its feet,
demanding an encore before he commenced a marathon autograph session that also
saw cd sales topping a staggering 400 units.
