GEOFFREY ANDREWS’ “WHITE CHRISTMAS” HITS RADIO ACROSS THE USA

 

(Nashville, Tennessee) — December 19. 2013 –The combination of a
dynamic new voice singing a beloved Christmas classic produced a radio
breakout this holiday season. Adult Contemporary radio stations across
the USA embraced “White Christmas” by Geoffrey Andrews with the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra.

Andrews’ rendition of “White Christmas” registered
the greatest leap for any artist on the final “Friday Morning
Quarterback AC Top 200” chart of 2013, jumping from #130 to #70.  Friday
Morning Quarterback recently
celebrated its 40th anniversary serving the music and radio industries.

 Dozens of stations added the song since the chart came out,
bringing the total number of stations and networks playing the single to
more than
110. 

The radio promotions teams at Jeff McClusky & Associates
and Jerome Promotions collaborated with Andrews’ management and record
company on the campaign to introduce him to radio during this holiday
season. A followup single from Andrews’ upcoming album, Beautiful Mystery on GRACO
Music, is slated for early 2014.

Andrews’ journey to the songs he sings with power and conviction was long and often painful. Born with
bilateral
clubfoot deformity, Andrews endured reconstructive surgery and
progressive casting. Doctors warned of the prospect of lifelong
complications.

Diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome at age eight, Andrews encountered bullying and humiliation at school.

But Andrews was not defined by the obstacles he faced. His strength and perseverance allowed him to overcome
and ultimately pursue his passion to sing.
