Governor Mike Huckabee Holds Down The Bass Line
Nashville, Tenn. (May 18, 2012) — Lee Brice stopped by “Huckabee” to
chat with the governor and perform his new single “Hard To Love.”
Governor Huckabee, an avid musician and bass player in his band Capitol
Offense, backs Brice on the tune. The episode will air Saturday, May 19
at 8 pm EDT and again on Sunday, May 20 at 8 pm and 11 pm EDT.
“Hard To Love,” the title track from Brice’s new album, was released to
radio on May 14. The tune is a follow-up to his smash #1 hit, “A Woman
Like You.” “Hard To Love” proves to be a favorite with the fans. In late
April, prior to being released to radio, it already ranked in the Top
10 on the iTunes Top Country Songs chart.
