The Next Generation of Nashville: CRS 2026 Unveils “New Faces of Country Music” Lineup

By Christian Lamitschka for Country Music News International Magazine

The pulse of Nashville is quickening as Country Radio Broadcasters (CRB) officially announces the highly anticipated lineup for the New Faces of Country Music® Show at CRS 2026.

For over 50 years, this showcase has served as the ultimate litmus test for stardom. This year, six artists who have dominated the airwaves and captured the momentum of the industry will take the stage at the Omni Nashville Hotel during the seminar, held from March 18–20, 2026.

Meet the Class of 2026

The 2026 roster represents a diverse blend of traditional storytelling, modern rock-infused country, and powerhouse vocals. Here are the artists set to take the stage:

Kelsey Hart

Known for his soulful delivery and “Life With You,” Hart has quickly become a favorite for his ability to blend heartfelt songwriting with radio-ready melodies.

Ella Langley

A firebrand performer with a gritty edge, Langley has made waves with her authentic storytelling and high-energy stage presence, proving she is one of the most formidable new voices in the genre.

Chase Matthew

With a massive digital following and a string of viral hits, Matthew brings a contemporary, relatable energy to the lineup, bridging the gap between social media stardom and country radio success.

John Morgan

A protege of Jason Aldean, Morgan has earned his stripes as a top-tier songwriter and a performer with a traditional foundation and a modern flair.

Meghan Patrick

A multi-award winner in her native Canada, Patrick has spent the last year solidifying her place in the American market with powerful vocals and an unapologetic, “tough-as-nails” persona.

Josh Ross

Blending country roots with a pop-rock sensibility, Ross has seen a meteoric rise thanks to his emotive lyrics and a string of chart-topping singles that have resonated deeply with listeners.

A Legacy of Discovery

Since its inception in 1970, the New Faces of Country Music® Show has acted as a kingmaker in the industry. Nearly every major superstar in the genre—from George Strait to Taylor Swift—has graced this stage early in their career.

“The New Faces show is more than just a concert; it is a cornerstone of the Country Radio Seminar. It highlights the artists who have truly moved the needle at radio over the past year,” says the CRB.

The event is co-partnered by the Academy of Country Music and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, blending the celebration of new talent with a commitment to the industry’s philanthropic roots.
