About Two Old Hippies:
The
roots of Two Old Hippies began in 1970 when owners Tom and Molly
Bedell’s  friend Sandy Munro became an active part of the Aspen, Colo.,
music and arts community when he opened the Great Divide Music store.
Now called Two Old Hippies, the store has become known for embracing
peace, love and rock ‘n’ roll of the 1960s through music, apparel and
gifts.
Two Old
Hippies opened the second “flagship” lifestyle store in Music City,
Nashville Tenn., on September 19, 2011. Located at 12th and Pine in The
Gulch area, this store at 8,000 square feet boasts a stage complete with
a Hammond B3 Organ and Leslie, Roland keyboard, Ludwig drum set, and,
of course, Bedell and Breedlove acoustic guitars, truss stage lighting
and a mixing board. We have created a special guitar room called “The
Vault” which is host to our premium Bedell and Breedlove guitars and
provides sanctuary for those that wish to jam in a quiet space. The rest
of the store is an experience of our unique apparel collections,
accessories, fun novelty and gift items, and our very own “Magic Bus”
located right in the center of the store. The walls are lined with an
incredible collection of rock n roll memorabilia all available for
sale.
