TAYLOR MADE HEADS BACK TO HOMETOWN FOR CAUSE
The Country Trio Returns To Grafton High School for Friends of McKinney Field Benefit

GRAFTON, W. Va. (March 28th, 2013) – Recent recipients of the MusicRow Independent Artist of the Year Award and West Virginia natives, country recording trio Taylor Made headed back to their hometown of Grafton to perform at the Friends of McKinney Field Benefit
on Wednesday, March 27th at the Grafton High School Auditorium. The
fundraiser, organized to raise money for the McKinney Field Turf
Project, also included a performance by band Shadrach.

“It’s always wonderful to come home and perform to raise money for our
home high school – a place largely responsible for making us who we
are,” said Wendy Duckworth-Williams of Taylor Made. “As artists, we get
to play a lot of really great venues… But at the end of the day,
there’s no place like home.”

Taylor Made’s single That’s What Life Is is currently #40
on the Billboard Indicator chart and #29 on the MusicRow chart. To learn

About Taylor Made:
Born and raised in Taylor County, West Virginia, sibling trio Taylor
Made has been performing together since childhood. With a background in
church and back porch singing, the trio reformed as I-79 for the Colgate
Country Showdown. It was only a matter of time before their sibling
harmonies caught the attention of Little General Stores owner Greg
Darby, who signed them to his West Virginia-based Little General Records
under the new name Taylor Made (after their Taylor County upbringing).
In 2011, they released single Good Love off of their EP of the same
title, which topped off at #42 on the Billboard Indicator chart and #28
on the MusicRow chart. Their next single, Things You Don’t Grow Out Of,
took them into the top 40 on Billboard Indicator (#37) and the top 20 on
Music Row (#19). For more information on Taylor Made, visit www.taylormadecountry.com.
