Fresh off their 30th Anniversary celebration, the band continues with radio airplay and sales for their three albums, Chronology Volumes One – Three on Rural Rhythm Records. Numerous songs from all three albums have appeared on a variety of radio charts including “Stray Dogs and Alley Cats” from Chronology, Volume Three currently appearing at #9 on Bluegrass Today’s Weekly Top 20 Chart. Another fan favorite, “Perfume, Powder & Lead” from Chronology, Volume Two recently received the 2013 Spirit Award for Song of the Year presented by Strictly Country Magazine and “Angeline The Baker” from Chronology, Volume One won the IBMA Instrumental Recorded Performance of the Year Award.
Lonesome River Band also appears on the album, “God Didn’t Choose Sides” Civil War True Stories About Real People” performing “The Legend of Jennie Wade.”
