and Lionel Richie. Tyler and Sting are both nominated in the CMT
performance of the year category for their separate “CMT Crossroads”
performances. Tyler performed with Carrie Underwood in a special Super
Bowl edition of the series. Their mash-up of Underwood’s “Just A Dream”
and Aerosmith’s “Dream On” is nominated. Sting and Vince Gill performed a
“Crossroads” show together in New York. They are nominated for their
rendition of “If I Ever Lose My Faith In You.” Richie is up for
collaborative video of the year with Shania Twain for their duet of
“Endless Love.” Fans can pick the winners by voting online at CMT.com
through June 4. The CMT Awards air live from Nashville June 6.
