Ryan Griffin “God Made Fridays”
Red Street Records Country’s flagship artist Ryan Griffin releases his brand new single, “God Made Fridays” alongside accompanying lyric video. “God Made Fridays” is Griffin’s third single leading into his upcoming EP and follows his most recent radio release, “Heart to Break.” With it’s up-beat tempo and love-struck, laid back lyrics, the track is sure to be this year’s summer anthem. Griffin adds, “’God Made Fridays’ is that hallelujah moment when the work week is done and you know there’s someone that loves you waiting at home. Crank it up and roll ’em down ‘cuz this one feels like summer!”
Written by Jesse Frasure, Tyler Hubbard, Steph Jones and Russell Dickerson and produced by Frasure and Red Street CEO Jay DeMarcus, “God Made Fridays” paints the perfect weekend picture as it sings,
“It’s for poppin them tops on beer bottles / It’s for droppin’ that bait in the creek bottom / It’s for laying in the shade / Living like we got it made / It’s for watching that sunset over the trees / It’s for getting you scootin over closer to me / After five long days it was really made for / Singing Hallelujah / Baby I’m coming home to ya”
Producer Jay DeMarcus shares his enthusiasm for today’s release and says, “Loved doing this track with Ryan! What a fun, infectious chorus… This is an instant summer time classic jam!!”
