MY THOUGHTS ON CHARLIE DANIELS ARTICLE

MY THOUGHTS ON CHARLIE DANIELS ARTICLE

The following are my thoughts on what Charlie Daniels
recently wrote in his great comments.  I know that there are those who would
rather see me write about country music only, but there is more to our country
and the direction we are headed, than country music, and Charlie Daniels is a
country music legend, so I feel comfortable in sending this out for those who
want to read it, and for those who wish not to read it-THEN DELETE IT.
Charlie Daniels has come forward to speak out on civil
rights leaders and media coverage of the Trayvon Martin-George Zimmerman trial,
but more to the point about the coverage from all national news media.
But Charlie spoke of another
heinous and inhuman crime that took place in East
Tennessee in 2006.
I am wondering where HLN and Al Sharpton and Jesse
Jackson were then.  I followed this crime through the trial and results,
but I did not see coverage from major media, especially Headline News,
regarding how these two young people were massacred by 5 sick
individuals.  The death that these two young college students endured was
so terrible that most all news media stayed away from it.  Can anyone tell
me what happened to those 5 inhuman beings.
(Charlie
Daniels in his article regarding these two young people, gives the details of
how they were murdered).  Where were Mike Galanos, Vinnie Politan, A.J.
Hammer, Nancy Grace, and Jane Velez-Mitchell when one of the worst crimes in
the U.S. in my lifetime, took place.  Oh I forgot, I guess they were not
with CNN or HLN at that time, so in fact, from that time on, HLN hired
newscasters who would stop at nothing to incite our nation to having these newscasters
become the Judges, Jurors, and Executor’s.  To think here in the
United States of America, we have allowed media coverage to have so much power,
even their own simulated jurors who know nothing about law or legal rights
except what they are being told by an idiot such as Vinnie Politan and by the
morning news instigator, Mike Galanos who lights the fire underneath everyone
to make sure that all of the viewers know “who the newscasters feel is
guilty” and how they should be punished by “their” decision,
and not by our system, which no doubt could use some revamping.  We have
allowed CNN to control our lives with what they wish to push across to the
American people, and to make us believe what they want us to believe.  Oh
yes, they have some great compassionate stories of good deeds also, but they
have no business doing the work of our judicial system.  Whether our
system is right or wrong, CNN or HLN does not have the right to have our
nations see and hear only what the newcasters want us to see with their side of
the story.
Someone please tell me that we
are not being dictated to.  And just recently another baffling story out
of Chattanooga, TN with the firing of
Drew Johnson, who led the
editorial page at the Chattanooga Times Free Press, ran a critical
column
about Obama with the headline, “Take your jobs plan and
shove it, Mr. President: Your policies have harmed Chattanooga enough.”
This apparently did not sit well with Johnson’s superiors, who promptly
relieved him of his duties. They told
the rival Chattanoogan that Johnson’s headline was “inappropriate”
and that he had changed it at the last minute in violation of “the normal
editing process.”
Drew Johnson said “I just became the first person
in the history of newspapers to be fired for writing a paper’s most-read
article. We change headlines all the time at the last minute. I had a filler
headline in that stunk and thought of that Johnny Paycheck song.  Any time
the paper wanted to change the headline online (which is how most people read the
editorial), they could’ve.
WHISNews21:  It seems Mr. Johnston, that soon half of
America will be fired as more and more people are voicing their opinion of
Obama. The upside is that you can now stay and collect free food stamps and
whatever else is given out free to the jobless.  Oh yes, and you can thank
your Editor for that, he must be a very happy chappy right now, probably
sitting by his phone hoping to get a call from the President.
It is time for America The
Land of The Free and Brave to stand up and speak our minds.  I hope we
never lose our rights to the Freedom’s of Religion, Speech, and Press
that give us the right to say, write, and worship when we feel the need, and
with no worries about being stopped by our government, who have the tools to
listen to our phone conversations now, in the privacy of our own home, and we
would never know.  Recently I read where at the age of 76 those who have
cancer can be turned away for treatment because of their age.  I guess
this is the new Obama health care plan.  This administration has lied to
us on so many occasions that when they do tell the truth, if they do, it is
difficult to believe them.  I have never seen a President, that I can
remember, have so many cabinet members resign from their jobs for reasons that
we probably will never know.  YES IT IS TIME FOR A CHANGE.
And now I urge you to read
Charlie Daniels comments in his following article.
Marty Martel
Aftermath – Soapbox 07/19/13

The Trayvon Martin killing was a tragedy that, as far as I’m concerned, never
should have happened. It was a classic case of really bad judgment on the part
of both the involved individuals, with Zimmerman following Trayvon when he
shouldn’t have and Martin attacking Zimmerman when he shouldn’t have and both
men responsible for painting themselves into one of those tight corners where
somebody has to be hurt.

But the case, as tragic as it was, was made many times
worse by an irresponsible media and civil rights leaders who exploited it for
whatever ink and TV face time they could get out of it.

In the time that the Zimmerman trial was going on
there were sixty-one murders in Chicago, forty-three of them were black males
and seven of those black males were under the age of 18, most of them died from
gunshot wounds, all violent, all senseless. Do Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson
just not care as much about the black male population of Chicago or is it that
they just can’t garner as much media attention there?

Speaking of media
attention, a young white couple, students at the University of Tennessee in
Knoxville, was carjacked, raped, tortured and murdered.

The young
man, Christopher Newsome, was raped and beaten, then castrated, shot, his body
dumped by train tracks and set on fire while his girlfriend, Channon Christian,
was forced to watch.

Channon
was gang raped over a period of days, her breasts cut off while she was still alive,
then had cleaning fluid sprayed in her mouth in an attempt to erase the traces
of DNA and her body put into a garbage receptacle.

Maybe you’re wondering why you haven’t heard about
this inhuman crime, perhaps you think your local paper didn’t had time to
cover it yet.

I seriously doubt that, since the crime took place
in August of 2006, and of your local news outlets, most probably never covered
it. I live about 150 miles from where it took place and, to the everlasting
shame of networks and the local news media I didn’t hear about it either until
somebody brought my attention to it on the internet.

How could
a crime this heinous, this inhuman, this completely evil escape the notice of
the mass media and the talking heads who are always screaming for equal justice
under the law?

Simple,
it doesn’t fit their agenda, the perpetrators were all black, all five of them.
If this wasn’t a case of blatant racism, I truly don’t know what is. Do you
honestly believe there wasn’t racial bias involved in the choosing of the
victims and the malicious violence that was done to them, and yet this story,
one of the most hideous murders of the decade, was not covered by the media and
was completely ignored by the so called civil rights leaders of all colors.

A dangerous precedent has been set by Eric Holder’s
Justice Department and aided and abetted by the mainstream American media,
selective prosecution and selective journalism all calculated to push a
political agenda that drives the races in this nation farther apart every day.

No good will come from Al Sharpton calling for
demonstrations around the nation, already a group of blacks have beaten a
random Hispanic citizen claiming, “This is for Trayvon”.

What’s the difference in this and what the KKK was
doing a few short decades ago. Is this what Sharpton and his ilk want to see
happen, anarchy in the name of prejudice? Isn’t that very thing what he’s
supposed to be fighting against?

America cannot
continue down this path and remain the land of the free and the home of the
brave where all men are equal under the law.

America desperately needs a president who is a
uniter, not a divider, a Justice Department that actually wants to enforce the
law equally, regardless of color or race, a Congress and Senate who could
reclaim their testicles and a media which reports the news instead of trying to
make it.

Blind hate is
blind hate no matter what color it comes in.

I will not be a part of it.

What do you think?

Pray for our troops and the peace of Jerusalem.

God Bless America

Charlie Daniels
