1. Lamitschka:  Music has many new fans throughout Europe
who may be hearing about you for the first time. How would you describe
yourself and the music you play to someone who has never seen or heard you?

Answer: To quote one of my own song lyrics, I am “perfectly
imperfect”! I was born and raised in New York and consider myself a bit spunky.
Growing up I loved being the center of attention while entertaining people.
Always the business woman, I would make my family pay 25 cents to come see my
backyard performances. All of this still remains true, I find the most joy in
looking out and seeing smiling faces in the audience when I perform. My music
is a blend of Americana and Pop, I like to use my songs to tell stories and
captivate an audience. At the end of the day I like to consider my music feel
good music!

2. Lamitschka:  How was
the last year for you? What were your highlights?

Answer: This past year has been quite a journey. I moved down to Nashville from
New York City and the positive impact that transition has had on my career and
my personal growth is unbelievable to me. Some of the highlights include
performing my song Me Too on a segment of WSMVs Today In Nashville, my single
“CHUG”charting at number 4 on the New Music Weekly Country Charts and
participating in CMA Fest as well as CRS down in Nashville.

3. Lamitschka:  What
will your next single be?

Answer: My next single is called, Sweeter World. We took a funny twist on girl power
and wrote this song about how all the alcohol brands are named after boys. If
you ask me I think it would be a sweeter world if all the liquors were invented
by girls!

4. Lamitschka:  What is
your favorite song among all the songs you have recorded and what’s the story
behind it?

Answer: This is a tough one! It feels like every time I sit
down and write a song, that new song becomes my favorite. One that I am working
on right now is about losing my dad. The inspiration for the song came from my
moms explanation on how this is our “new normal.” I have performed the song
live a couple of times and the instant connection I see with audience members
shows me how quickly someone can relate. It’s songs like these that make you
realize you’re not alone in the world.

5.. Lamitschka:  Who
inspires you musically and how deep do your musical roots run?

Answer:  One artist that inspires me is Brandi Carlile.  Just last week I was lucky enough to watch
her sound check before her performance. I have so much respect for her level of
professionalism and especially the gratitude she had towards her band members
and crew.

6. Lamitschka:  What
inspired you to become an artist and s
ongwriter?

Answer:  I grew up a theater kid performing in musicals, I even
went to Wagner College and got a B.A. in Theater Performance. It wasn’t until
my senior year that I realized instead of being a character onstage, I wanted
to be myself onstage. That is when I turned to writing and recording my own
songs! From that point on there was no turning back and I knew original music
was replacing my “Broadway” dream.

7. Lamitschka:  What’s
unique about you that will differentiate you from other artists?

Answer:  What people find unique
about
me is that I always maintain my
sense of humor and try not to take myself too seriously. I love what I do and I
work really hard at it. I don’t take anything for granted and always remember
that I am lucky to be able to chase after my dream!

8. Lamitschka:  What
has been your greatest challenge in music business?

Answer:  The greatest challenge I have faced in the music business is making
sure to stay true to myself. In this industry it is easy to get swept into
thinking you have to fit into a certain mold. But if you’re not authentic then
it’s reflected in your music. Thankfully I am working with people who believe
in me and my music.

9. Lamitschka:  What
hopes and desires do you have?

Answer:  My hope is to be able to use music as a platform for good!
Music has the ability to make a difference and I want to be known for that. I
love when people walk away from my show with a smile on their face and I hope
to always be able to accomplish that.

10. Lamitschka:  Many
music fans today get their information about artists online. Do you have your
own website and what will fans find there?

Answer:  You can check me out at www.MollyAdeleBrown.com. On my website you will find more about me, my music,
tour dates and links to all my social media!
