NASHVILLE, TN – It’s been more than two years since her last album and Miranda Lambert is eager to get her new music, Four The Record, out to the fans. “I’ve been performing some of the new songs on tour and it’s been so much fun and I can’t wait for the fans to have access to all of the music,” said Lambert.
The wait is officially over on November 1 but fans can get a sneak peak at five new tracks beginning Monday, October 24. A new track will be premiered everyday for five days with the help of exclusive online partners. On November 1, Miranda will kick off her album launch week with a performance of “Baggage Claim” on The Today Show. On Wednesday, November 2, she will appear on “Live With Regis & Kelly” where she will be interviewed and perform the song. In addition to her upcoming television performances, Miranda is also on the cover of the current issues of Billboard Magazine and Ladies Home Journal.

Four The Record includes the self-penned Lambert songs “Safe,” and “Dear Diamond,” two songs that paint a portrait of both sides of the relationship spectrum. She covers the Gillian Welch & David Rawlings song “Look At Miss Ohio,” and the album closes with the ethereal “Oklahoma Sky,” written for Miranda by singer-songwriter friend Allison Moorer.
The reigning CMA Female Vocalist of the Year is again nominated for the award as well as Musical Event of the Year. Miranda will perform on the 45th Annual CMA Awards on Wednesday, November 9.
