“I recently started playing “I Wanna Hate You” even before CMA Fest and it’s been getting a great response from the crowds. It’s a song about heartbreak…it’s a very relatable song. We’re definitely excited to hear that people have liked the song.”
Michael, along with his lead guitarist, Zach Reeder, also debuted the brand new song “My Kinda Summer” over the weekend. The tune, a catchy summer-influenced sing-along number, was welcomed with a great response from the CMA Fest audience.
“We’re really glad we debuted “My Kinda Summer” this weekend,” Michael said. “We had a lot of good feedback on the song. It’s another catchy one, and it’s about summer so you’ll naturally want to sing along!”
