LUCAS HOGE GOES #1, CONTINUES TO PAY IT FORWARD

Nashville, Tenn. (November 20th, 2012) – Amidst his Best
Male Vocalist nomination for the Inspirational Country Music Awards
(ICM’s) 2012, recording artist Lucas Hoge’s single Have I Done Something has
gone #1 on the Inspirational Country Music Chart. The awards show,
which was taped last month and during which Hoge did a special
presentation to the Ronald McDonald House, is set to air on TCT, Total
Living Network, Worship Network, Direct TV, NRB Network and Sky Angel
IPTV later this month.

Inspired by a true story, Have I Done Something prompts listeners
to take action in aiding those around them. “I remember watching the
news and thinking ‘someone should really do something about that’…and
then I turned the question on myself,” explains Hoge. “I feel very
blessed that this song has been embraced by inspirational country music
stations and their listeners.”

The inspirational country music market isn’t the only area in which Hoge is making news. His country-focused single Do What Makes You Feel Good is still making an impact at country radio, and Hoge has added yet more dates to his Pay It Forward
tour. After a successful performance on the All Star Country Vacation
in Punta Cana, Lucas was asked to join the Little Kids Rock organization
for another show – The Ultimate Rock and Roll Experience – which begins
today at the Hard Rock in Cancun, Mexico and concludes on the 24th.

“I look forward to my wife and I spending Thanksgiving paying it
forward… Being able to get involved with Little Kids Rock again is
something I am very thankful for!”

About Lucas Hoge:
Despite a start that included a 500-square-foot apartment and
construction work, Hubbell, Nebraska native Lucas Hoge has found a place
in both the country and Christian genres. His first break came when his
song, If I Only Could, was featured on their hit series Smallville.
Shortly after, Hoge scored a 13-episode HBO series, wrote a jingle for
Lipton Tea, and took his talent to the studio, where he recorded two
country albums and a Christian EP. His rigorous tour schedule has taken
him to Denmark, Norway, Sweden, the Middle East performing for the
troops, and to major motorcycle rallies across the country (Sturgis
included). In 2011, Hoge made his debut at the Ryman Auditorium in
Nashville along side George Jones and received a standing ovation for
his performance. Although his music career keeps him busy, he continues
to make time for those causes closest to his heart, including
ThanksUSA.org, Guardian Angels for a Soldier’s Pet, and Wrangler
National Patriot. For more information on Lucas Hoge, visit www.lucashoge.com.
