Lonnie Spiker’s new Christmas single is a Honky Tonker’s delight.
The song was written by award winning songwriter, Jake Penrod and is in the style of a Jerry Lee Lewis classic.
With a honky tonk piano and a cryin steel guitar and twangy lead fills reminiscent of ol’ Hag himself this song is for all the people who celebrate their Christmas in the Honky Tonks.
Lonnie’s vocal delivery on this track is top notch and if honky tonk music is what you like then this song should be at the very top of your Christmas playlist.
