“LIVEWIRE” from Aubrey Eisenman & The Clydes

Travianna Recordsis delighted to bring listeners a new single from Asheville, NC – based Aubrey Eisenman & The Clydes. “Livewire” is the first single from the band’s upcoming project, Bowerbird, due out later this spring.

The band is fronted by bassist and vocalist, Aubrey Eisenman. She is joined by her husband, Justin Eisenman providing guitar and vocals, and John Duncan with fiddle and vocals.

“Livewire” is the first single from the band’s upcoming album, Bowerbird on
Travianna Records. It was written by Aubrey and is a
supercharged, progressive and grassy tune that tells about two lovers
traveling the country together. Aubrey provides the lead vocals with
Justin and John providing the harmony. It’s got a slick mandolin kick
off, tasteful fiddle and mandolin fills, strong rhythm,
killer breaks, Aubrey’s easy vocal,  and on-point harmonies. What more
could a bluegrass and Americana music lover want?

The lyrics say:

“I was a livewire,

swinging hot and wild on a windy day.

Waiting for my ride

to get me to the west coast,

so I could fall for you

traveling down the highway.”

If you’re new to Aubrey and the band,
Travianna Records’ President, Mark Hodges describes them up the best. He
says, “There’s something about their sound that’s really different.
When you hear them play it sounds very familiar, but then you realize
it’s like nothing you’ve ever heard before.”
