LARRY’S COUNTRY DINER FEEDS AMERICA’S APPETITE FOR NOSTALGIC PROGRAMMING—NATIONAL PRESS TAKES NOTICE

Annual Cruise Filling Up Fast as Rhonda Vincent Added to Line Up

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (May 23, 2012) – The popular “Larry’s Country Diner,” one of the top-rated shows on the RFD-TV network, continues to draw fans and gather attention. This weekend’s issue (May 20-26) of American Profile, which is distributed to over 10 million homes by Publishing Group of America, will feature Larry Black, host and creator of “Larry’s Country Diner” in the “Ask American Profile” section. (Click HERE to see the item.) Later this week, Billboard Magazine will
feature a piece on the show and its promotion of legendary music and
artists and later this month, the show will be featured on GRAMMY.com. These outlets are finding out what 1.4 million fans of
the show already know—America is “hungry” for the nostalgic programming
of “Larry’s Country Diner.” For more information on the show, please
visit www.larryscountrydiner.com.

In just over two short years, “Larry’s Country Diner” has
become a favorite “eatery” of country fans everywhere.  Known best for
its nostalgic down-home programming with a generous helping of country
music stars of yesterday and today, the show continues to gain
popularity (even garnering a recent tweet by television personality Drew Carey).
The show’s success is also reflected in its merchandise sales, with
hundreds of thousands of dollars in DVDs, coffee mugs, hats, t-shirts
and red-neck wine glasses, as well as newspaper subscriptions being
fulfilled by the Gabriel Communications, the parent company that produces “Larry’s Country Diner.”

Taping bi-monthly at Northstar Studios in Nashville, Tenn., “Larry’s Country Diner” will celebrate its 100th episode in June (a
major milestone for any television show). Due to the popularity,
getting a seat to a taping could prove more difficult than getting a
seat at the newest trendy eateries of L.A. or NYC—the reservation list
for Larry’s now extends well into 2013.

However, there are still plenty of chances for the true fan to catch a
show. Back by popular demand is the now annual five-day Caribbean
cruise, which sold out quickly last year. This year’s entertainment will
not only include a special onboard Larry’s Country Diner show featuring
the entire cast of characters, but will also include stand-up
performances by the ever-popular Nadineand musical guests Bill Anderson, Jeannie Seely, Jim Ed Brown, Helen Cornelius, Gene Watson, Moe Bandy, T. Graham Brown and Ronny Robbins, as well as the recently added “Queen of Bluegrass,” Rhonda Vincent.  With already more than half of the 1800-passenger capacity already booked for the Larry’s Country Diner/Country’s Family Reunion cruise, fans are encouraged to book early by calling 1-800-820-5405 or by visiting www.cfrcruise.com.

Larry’s Country Diner airs Thursday nights at 7 PM CDT / 8 PM EDT, Friday mornings at 9 AM CDT / 10 AM EDT, and Saturday evenings at 10 PM CDT / 11 PM EDT on RFD-TV (check local listings for exact airtimes). For more information on Larry’s Country Diner, please visit www.larryscountrydiner.com
