Kenny Butterill. The CD, a follow up to his widely successful 2004

The album features over twenty world-renowned guests including Donovan,
Cindy Cashdollar, Redd Volkaert, Ray Bonneville, Zoe Muth, Audrey Auld,
John Lee Sanders, Linda McRae, Jim Lewin, David Grier, Rob Ikes, and

Recorded in ten studios over the past year, the project includes a cameo appearance by the legendary Scottish music icon Donovan on the upcoming September single, “Gaia Blues,” adding what can only be called a perfect harmonica duet to Kenny’s vocals. Donovan,
who also helped mix this track about Mankind’s relationship with Mother
Earth, remarked, “I really love this important ‘green’ song of Kenny’s
dealing with such an urgent matter … it was a great collaboration with
him.”

albums I’ve ever heard. I know Cale would have liked it too,” shared
producer David Teagarden, a long-time colleague and friend of JJ Cale
who mastered the CD in Tulsa, OK. Butterill has been called ‘the
romantic poet of Americana music’ and is often compared to Cale, Gordon
Lightfoot and John Prine.
