Ken Domash Interview

By Big Al Weekley for Country Music News International Magazine & Radio Show

He didn’t have music in his life growing up like most stories… He gravitated to drawing. He actually was into doing magic shows and karate. He wanted to be Bruce Lee at a time. His parents supported every crazy thing he was interested in. He even was heavy into break dancing for a minute.

One day he went to a wedding where the mother of the groom asked him to sing a song. He sang an Elvis song. It’s all he knew from the records in the house growing up – that and maybe some Foghat. She looked at him and said that, “He should sing”… It hit him deep in his soul.

He went and bought a guitar. He practiced and made up his own songs – since he really didn’t know other songs. It turns out that there was a lot more music in his life than he realized. It comes out in every song. And every song is a part of his life.
