The tradition of hardcore country music and heartfelt philanthropy returns to Music City this winter. Organizers have officially announced that the 8th Annual Daryle Singletary ‘Keepin’ It Country Jam’ will take place on Thursday, February 12th, at the legendary Nashville Palace.

Serving as the unofficial kick-off to the National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF) convention, the evening promises a heavy-hitting lineup of talent dedicated to honoring the memory of one of country music’s most authentic voices.

A Star-Studded Night for a Noble Cause

This year’s benefit concert features a powerhouse headlining duo: Lee Brice and Randy Houser. Known for their soulful vocals and chart-topping hits, Brice and Houser lead a roster of performers who share Singletary’s passion for traditional country sounds.

The stage will also welcome a diverse group of special guests, including:

  • Rhett Akins

  • Billy Dean

  • Mo Pitney

  • Drew Baldridge

  • Eric Blankenship, Duke Henry, and Robert Bacon

The evening’s festivities will be guided by the “Ray Stevens of the 90s,” country comedian Cledus T. Judd, ensuring the night is filled with as much laughter as it is music.

Honoring a Hardcore Country Legend

Daryle Singletary, a native of rural Georgia, was a stalwart defender of traditional country music. Moving to Nashville in 1990, he eventually caught the attention of his idol, Randy Travis, which helped launch a career defined by integrity and “real” country soul.

Singletary is best remembered for his string of mid-90s hits, including:

  • “I Let Her Lie” (No. 2 on the Billboard charts)

  • “Too Much Fun”

  • “Amen Kind of Love”

Before his untimely passing in 2018 at the age of 46, Singletary released several acclaimed albums, such as Ain’t It the Truth and his final 2015 project, There’s Still A Little Country Left. This annual “Jam” serves as a primary fundraiser for the Daryle Singletary Memorial Trust, which supports the family he left behind.

The Impact of Concerts 4 A Cause

The event is produced by Concerts 4 A Cause, an organization founded in 2008 by Josh Bleidt. Over the last two decades, the group has become a force for good in the music industry, raising millions for veterans, first responders, and disaster relief.

The Daryle Singletary Jam has seen remarkable growth in its fundraising efforts:

  • February 2024: Over $88,000 raised.

  • February 2025: Over $106,000 raised.

These funds directly impact the lives of Singletary’s children, continuing a legacy of community support that has previously included legends like Jamey Johnson, Lorrie Morgan, and Lee Greenwood.
