NEW ARTIST JULIA SHEER SIGNS WITH
UPWARD MANAGEMENT
February 14, 2012 – 19 year old Julia Sheer has signed to Upward Management in Nashville, TN to be managed by Liesl Menning Haynie and Jason Greene. Julia began to grab the attention of music fans around the world two years ago when she started posting videos on YouTube of her performing covers of hits from some of today’s biggest artists including Taylor Swift, Lady Antebellum, Bruno Mars, Maroon 5, The Band Perry, among others. She has since accumulated over 42 million views of her videos, including over 3 million views of her original song “You Will Never Be,” that she co-wrote. Julia, a Colorado native, has begun work on her debut album writing with several well-known Nashville songwriters.
Julia is a cornerstone in the new generation of artists who understand the power of the internet and the rewards of an unlimited fan base not only in the United States but worldwide.
