“Thankful and Blessed” is a carefully curated collection of songs written by some of gospel and bluegrass music’s most respected songwriters. The album opens with “He Sees The Little Sparrows Fall,” penned by Conrad Fisher, who also wrote the band’s hit “Living Left To Do.” The song’s poignant lyrics remind listeners of God’s unwavering presence in their lives.
The album features several standout tracks, including “I Am Blessed,” written by Jerry Goff, an uplifting anthem of gratitude, and the chart-topping singles “Even Better When You Listen” (written by Mark Bon Durant and Rick Lang) and “One Breath Away” (written by Paul Williams). These tracks, released in the months leading up to the album’s release, have already resonated with audiences, showcasing the album’s strength.

Joe Mullins reflects on the album and the band’s journey, stating, “As we roll into our twentieth year, it feels right to share our fourth all-gospel collection. The Radio Ramblers have had the privilege of singing songs about our Savior in over 40 states, across most Canadian provinces, on two trips to Europe, and many times from the stage of the Grand Ole Opry. And through it all, we’ve felt incredibly thankful and blessed…” He emphasizes the importance of faith, family, and the connection with their audience.
Joe Mullins & The Radio Ramblers have established themselves as prominent figures in bluegrass and gospel music. Joe Mullins, a celebrated banjo player and radio broadcaster, has led the band since 2006.
