Eggmen Road has released a striking new single, When Two Worlds Collide from the album, Love Finds A Way.  A collaborative project by Kristina Marino and Anthony Gaetano Marino, the song has a decidedly country R&B flavor with a quietly infectious groove.  Acoustic and clean electric guitars share the intro as an electric piano plays through the soul infused verse progression with the capable rhythm section joining in behind.  Living where the lights never go out, living where the roads just fade out, When Two Worlds Collide offers a lyrical ride through the eyes of a relationship.  Tony has a slightly edgy, pop sounding voice as he sings,

Not half of your life

Not half of mine

We meet in the middle

Take our time

No choosing one road

Over mine

Just a quiet corner

Where our worlds collide

When Two Worlds Collide is a standout track from the album that captures the spirit of the project exploring love, distance and the moments when different lives and perspectives intersect.  The song highlights Eggmen Road’s strength in emotional storytelling, memorable melodies and a polished yet organic band sound.  With its relatable lyrics and warm, road-worn feel, When Two Worlds Collide offers a strong snapshot of the album’s overall tone and songwriting approach.

Written by Kris Marino and Tony Marino, their songwriting has been celebrated in top contests and featured by radio outlets supporting emerging artists.  “It’s not the city, not the wide open breeze, it’s just the way the world feels when you are next to me,” illustrates the airy songsmith approach the Marinos use to decorate When Two Worlds Collide.  The tints and shades they use in their writing are an elegant disguise for the real-world relationship issues that everyone experiences.

Eggman Road was formed in Fort Wayne, Indiana and in an interview with Songs Magazine, it was reported that, “The Eggmen Road project came to life thanks to Toneman Productions, an independent creative house and label founded by Kris and Tony Marino.  Originally created to showcase Tony’s compositions, the label has evolved to develop and promote independent projects that, like Eggmen Road, authentically cross genres.  Toneman’s mission is clear: to connect true stories and sounds with real listeners while spotlighting emerging artists and original music through social platforms.”
