Vibrant country artist Hannah Bethel brings a whole lot of sass to country radio with the release of her single, You Wanna Be My Man, off her newest album Never Ending Sky. This upbeat, playful song is impacting radio and is on the newest CDX #612, which was just shipped.
This
latest release has a sexy, pop-country vibe that stands out from
Hannah’s previous folk roots. “I wrote this song with David Myhre a week
before we went into the studio to record for Never Ending Sky,” says Hannah. “I loved the song immediately and knew I wanted to include it on the album.”
After her previous releases, No Where Left to Roam, Medicine and If I Don’t Love You Anymore, she has received great praise from radio and industry critics. Digital Rodeo said
“Sometimes you just know, by the very first notes delivered, that an
artist has that special sound and presence that stands out among so many
others. Hannah was born to share her light through music.” MAVERICK said “Hannah shows that she has the vocal chops and writing talent to make it in country music.”
Never Ending Sky
includes 8 songs which were written/co-written by Hannah and features
top-notch musicians on the record including Adam Ollendorff (Kacey
Musgrave’s pedal steel player) and Tim Horsley (played drums with Keith
Urban, Gary Allen, Jamie O’Neal, etc). Finding a different creative
outlet with this new project, she incorporates a mix of new and old
sounds and styles from an array of musical icons, along with her own
unique touch. She brings an organic taste to her eclectic approach to
country music. Her influences include Fleetwood Mac, Miranda Lambert,
and Willie Nelson.
Hailing
from Northern Michigan, Hannah has spent the last year touring the
United States, performing shows from Alaska to New Jersey and everywhere
in between. She has shared the stage with such artists as Frankie
Ballard, Canaan Smith, Charlie Worsham, Joe Nichols, Rodney Atkins,
Trisha Yearwood and Buddy Jewell. Hannah was named one of CMA’s Who New
to Watch in 2014.
