2017 WHAT THE HELL WORLD TOUR THRIVES IN THE SPONTANEOUS MOMENTS

NASHVILLE, TN – Aug. 11, 2017 – Multi-PLATINUM singer/songwriter Dierks Bentley’s 2017 WHAT THE HELL WORLD TOUR has
proven to be a force to be reckoned with as crowds of 25,000+, the
biggest of his career, continue to flood arenas and amphitheaters across
the country. Claiming the top spot on Billboard‘s
“Hot Tours” list and selling more than half-million a tickets before
summer concert season even began, Bentley has made “sure the fans have
an experience they’ll never forget” (Billboard).
From impromptu bluegrass sets in disguise to dancing in aisles with
security guards, to touching salutes for military members to backstage
antics with Jon Pardi, Bentley once again proves it’s the spontaneous
moments that come from “his nightly goal to make sure the crowd is
having as much fun as he and his band are having onstage, and he’s
willing to go to some risky lengths to make that happen,” (Music Row).

“The
country star ran around the stage as he attempted to touch all the
bases of the tens of thousands of fans begging for his attention.” – MLive

“Don’t skip the opening act for Dierks Bentley, you’ll regret it” – St. Louis Dispatch

Bentley “has a longstanding love affair with bluegrass” and “opens his own show in disguise, dupes fans.” – Rolling Stone

“In
case you didn’t know, Dierks often invites a fan up on stage for a good
ol’ fashioned shotgun race. Unfortunately for those fans, Dierks is one
of the fastest I’ve ever seen.” – Whiskey Riff

“I thought it was a beer, but it was a baby about the size of a tall boy,” Bentley told Music Row.
“I was shocked and it’s perfect because you are looking for spontaneous
things to happen every night. That, like, exceeds anything I would ever
expect. The look on the father’s face just makes it. He was so excited.
The kid is going to look back and be like, ‘Dad, what the hell were you
doing?’”

“Dierks
Bentley brings out two Faster Horses festgoers that saved each other’s
lives. He asked the two of them to sit side-stage for his performance,
then taking things one step further by actually inviting them out on
stage before “Riser.” – Billboard

I
don’t want security, I don’t want anyone pushing people around. I’d
rather risk bodily harm than have anyone be pushed or shoved,” said
Bentley. “I’m dancing with girls in the aisles; I’m giving massages to
the security people, like chop sueys on their backs.”

Before Bentley surprised the Stagecoach crowd with Elle King, his collaborator and friend told the LA Times, “Dierks didn’t roll out a red carpet. He gave me a triple-platinum hoverboard to just sail on through.”

“The
star met Staff Sergeant Steven Mendez’s two sons during a meet and
greet before his show…while making small talk, their father walked out
from behind a black curtain, which led to a tearful reunion. Bentley
was in on the whole thing, and later that night he invited the family to
the stage to thank Staff Sergeant for his service as the crowd began to
chant “U.S.A.” – Taste of Country

With
his mother in the pilot seat, “Bentley rolled out in a prop plane,
climbed out and zipped his pants as he launched into the rowdy rebound
anthem.” – The Tennessean

Bentley’s “intoxicating” (Rolling Stone) climbing
single “What The Hell Did I Say” proves that “no one switches song
personas faster or better than the captain of Country music,” (One Country).
The infectious track follows three consecutive No. Ones from the album,
including the GOLD certified title-track and the PLATINUM certified
hits “Somewhere On A Beach” and “Different For Girls,” proving once
again Bentley continues “following his muse to wherever it might take
him—with the sky as the literal limi,” (Esquire). His 2017
WHAT THE HELL WORLD TOUR with special guests Cole Swindell and Jon
Pardi will bring the party of the summer to the West Coast next week
with stops in Sacramento, CA (8/19) and Mountain View, CA (8/20). For
