Escape the Noise: Dierks Bentley Announces 2026 “OFF THE MAP TOUR” with Ricky Skaggs and More
By Christian Lamitschka for Country Music News International Magazine
If you’ve been looking for a reason to trade the city lights for a back porch and a cold drink, Dierks Bentley just gave you the perfect excuse. The multi-platinum powerhouse has officially announced his OFF THE MAP TOUR, a high-energy summer run of amphitheaters that promises to be part country-rock spectacle and part bluegrass revival.
Coming off a massive spring stadium run supporting Luke Combs, Bentley is shifting gears into a more curated, “hand-picked” experience. This limited summer trek kicks off in June and features a lineup that reads like a dream festival for fans of authentic, pickin’-heavy country music.
Finding the Sanctuary: The “Off The Map” Philosophy
The tour takes its name from a standout track on Bentley’s latest critically acclaimed album, BROKEN BRANCHES. For Bentley, the title isn’t just a location—it’s a headspace.
“‘Off The Map’ is a song about going to that place where you take a break from it for a little bit, whether it’s a bar stool sipping something cold, or a back porch down a back road,” Bentley shared. “I like to think that our shows are a place where our fans can go off the map for a few hours and recharge the batteries.”
Bentley isn’t just bringing his hits; he’s bringing his friends. The tour features the legendary Ricky Skaggs & Kentucky Thunder on the majority of the dates, alongside a roster of vibrant talent including Kaitlin Butts, Cole Goodwin, Owen Riegling, and the Mountain Grass Unit.
A Legacy of “Broken Branches”
With over 20 years in the business, Bentley has earned his place as one of the most respected voices in Nashville. His career stats are staggering:
-
8 Number One Albums
-
22 Number One Singles
-
9.5 Billion Global Streams
-
15 Grammy Nominations
His latest project, BROKEN BRANCHES, finds him leaning back into his bluegrass roots while maintaining the anthemic energy that fills stadiums. To celebrate the tour announcement, fans can already catch a glimpse of the onstage magic in a new video of Bentley and Skaggs jamming to “Free and Easy (Down the Road I Go)”—a preview of the on-stage collaborations expected this summer.
