From sequins to camouflage, Dallas Remington is a country artist who knows who she is and what she wants! Dallas is a Kentucky girl with a passion for life, music, and her faith. She is working diligently to establish herself as a country music artist. Her passion for playing the guitar and performing began at an early age, around nine years old. Dallas travels and sings at fairs, festivals, churches, and various music venues. Dallas says “Singing will always be a part of me. Whether I’m singing at church, on the street, on a flatbed trailer, or somewhere in Nashville, I love every minute”. Dallas performs a variety of songs, from her originals like “Uncommon Man” (charted #43 on Billboard Country Indicator and #24 on MusicRow Breakout Chart), and “Huntin’ Season” charting #32 on the MusicRow Breakout Chart), to covers of new country artists such as Miranda Lambert and Maren Morris. Dallas also loves to perform traditional country songs from artists such as Johnny Cash and Dolly Parton, as well as southern gospel and classic ROCK!

Here are a few facts about Dallas Remington. Dallas is a member of the Country Music Association, BMI; and the Nashville Song Writer’s Association International. She currently works with RoadWarrior Records and 3 Arrows Publishing International. In 2020 Dallas’s single “Uncommon Man,” co-written with Courtney Bumbacher, won WBCW Florida Country Radio Single Of The Year. It also won the 2019 Red Lodge Songwriters Contest. Dallas has won several awards with the North American Country and Gospel Music Association International, including Entertainer of the Year 2017 ages 13-17, 2018 Female Vocalist of the Year ages 18-21 New Country Songwriter of the Year for “Found Her Freedom”(co-written with Amanda Cooksey), and Traditional Songwriter of the Year for “Here’s Your Trailer Key” (co-written with Cyndi Lymbaugh Torres – Lonesome Dove, Garth Brooks). Also, Dallas was awarded the Female Instrumentalist of Year 2018 ages 18-21. Dallas plays regularly at Nashville area venues showcasing songwriters and performs at various venues both locally in Nashville and on tour. Recently, Dallas appeared on RFD TV, Today in Nashville, 615 Hideaway, and Nashville Access with Camo Wallace. Dallas plays a variety of instruments with guitar and bass as her primary focus.

More Information

Dallas volunteers for several causes that are important to her. She volunteers in Nashville for Hospital Hospitality House, Hope Ministry, and in Murray, Kentucky for the annual “Towing for Toys”. Music has allowed Dallas to travel and perform in many places, but one that is especially close to her heart was her ministry outreach. She established “Melody for the Elderly” when she was 12 years old. She performed weekly at long-term care and assisted-living facilities for seven years. Dallas enjoyed her ministry years and says that her years of ministry were a blessing to her. She made some amazing friendships and great memories with some very special people. As a teenager, Dallas was awarded the Kentucky Association of Health Care Facilities Youth Volunteer of the Year Award.

Dallas travels and performs with her band Gypsy Highway! They have performed at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, at corporate events, the Country Stampede, Kansas, the Tennessee State Fair, churches, and venues in Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, and Missiouri. They have played on streets, flat bed trailers, stages, and riverfronts! They perform covers from Little Big Town, Johnny Cash, Miranda Lambert, and some of Dallas’s originals such as: “Never Turned Around”(Co-wrote with Nashville songwriter, Reagan Stuart), “Boy In A Band “(Co-wrote with Nashville songwriter, Sydney St. George), and “Pay For That” (co-wrote with Nashville songwriters, Scott Barrier, and Billy Lee-“The One” Gary Allan).
