Nashville, TN…(August 31, 2011)…Surrounded by a packed house of his closest friends, family, and hard working team, Chris Young was aglow last night as he celebrated success in grand style at the NEON JUBILEE from aVenue in Nashville, Tennessee. The party was in honor of multiple milestones as Young’s sophomore album, The Man I Want To Be, and latest smash “Tomorrow” were both recently certified GOLD.
Partygoers also toasted to “Tomorrow” going #1, making it Young’s fourth chart topping hit in a row. Written by Young with Frank Myers and Anthony Smith, “Tomorrow” has been called a “career defining cut” by the Associated Press and is Young’s best-selling digital track to date with more than 750,000 digital downloads. The track is from his recently released third album NEON, which catalogued more than 72,000 copies sold its first week of release.
The momentum continues as Young’s newest single from highly acclaimed NEON album, “You,” impacts country radio on September 12th.
