Chase Rice, the Diamond-certified songwriter known for his dynamic stage presence and evolving sound, has announced an extensive expansion of his “Go Down Singin’ International Tour 2025.” This announcement comes as Rice embarks on a series of shows in Australia, signaling his commitment to bringing his critically acclaimed album “Go Down Singin’” to audiences across the globe.

The newly added 24 dates extend the tour through the fall of 2025, offering fans numerous opportunities to experience Rice’s raw and introspective live performances. Tickets for most shows are already available, with tickets for the new dates going on sale Friday, March 14 at 10 a.m. local time via ChaseRice.com.

Rice’s “Go Down Singin’” album marks a significant artistic evolution, moving towards a rootsier, raw-rock driven sound. As Billboard notes, he’s “trading party anthems for introspective lyrical themes,” showcasing a “crackling warmth of self-reflection.” This shift has garnered praise from critics, with Rolling Stone hailing the album as “an excellent collection of poignant, often anthemic country,” and Cowboys & Indians recognizing the “maturity and clarity” present in his new work.

Adding to the excitement, Rice has enlisted a diverse lineup of fellow singer-songwriters to join him on various tour dates, including Cory Asbury, Wade Bowen, Pony Bradshaw, Tyler Halverson, Bella Mackenzie, Lori McKenna, Drake White, Scott Wolverton, and Charlie Worsham. Each artist brings their unique style to the tour, promising a rich and varied musical experience for attendees.

To further showcase his artistic journey, Rice released the “Fireside Sessions,” a project featuring live, single-take versions of all 25 songs from “Go Down Singin’” and his previous album “I Hate Cowboys & All Dogs Go To Hell.” This project highlights Rice’s songwriting prowess and features collaborations with esteemed co-writers like Lori McKenna, Jackson Dean, Hunter Phelps, and Randy Montana.

In a surprise release for fans, Rice dropped the “Live From Chief’s EP” on March 7. This EP includes his interpretations of classic songs by his heroes, Eric Church’s “Carolina” and George Strait’s “I Can Still Make Cheyenne,” as well as the previously unreleased original, “Cowboy Goodbye.” This release further underscores Rice’s commitment to his roots and his ability to infuse his own style into beloved songs.

Chase Rice has solidified his position as a major force in country music, with over 2.6 million albums sold and 2.8 billion total streams. His high-energy concerts and passionate fanbase have propelled his career, establishing him as a sought-after live performer.
