NASHVILLE – Country superstars Brooks & Dunn
and Reba will hit the stage for a must-see performance during
Country Music’s Biggest Night™, once again proving that the CMA Awards are
home to some of the biggest collaborations in history. “The 49th
Annual CMA Awards” air live Wednesday,
Nov. 4 (8:00-11 PM/ET) from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on the ABC Television Network.
Brooks & Dunn have
won more CMA Awards than any vocal duo in history, taking home 19 trophies including
Entertainer of the Year (1996) and 14 Vocal Duo of the Year awards in a 15-year
span (1992-1999, 2001-2006). The duo also served as CMA Awards hosts from 2004-2006.
Reba has taken home six
CMA trophies including the coveted Entertainer of the Year Award (1986) and was
crowned Female Vocalist of the Year four consecutive years (1984-1987). She also
hosted the 1992 CMA Awards alongside longtime host Vince Gill.
The talented trio of superstars,
and longtime friends, last hit the CMA Awards stage together in 2008 when they
performed “Cowgirls Don’t Cry.” They will return to The Colosseum at Caesars
Palace in December following the successful initial run of dates for “REBA,
BROOKS & DUNN: Together in Vegas.” More dates have been added to their one-of-a-kind residency in May 2016.
“The 49th Annual CMA
Awards” is a production of the Country Music Association. Robert Deaton

CMA Awards will be shot in high definition and broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P),
ABC’s selected HDTV format, with 5.1 channel surround sound.

In anticipation of “The
49th Annual CMA Awards” ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live” will pave the road to
the CMA Awards by welcoming some of the genre’s most notable stars. The lineup
includes performances from Brett Eldredge, Kip Moore, Chris Young, as well as
2015 CMA nominees Kelsea Ballerini, Kacey Musgraves, Thomas Rhett, Carrie Underwood,
and more. “Jimmy Kimmel Live” is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC’s
selected HDTV format. Jimmy Kimmel and Jill Leiderman serve as executive producers.
Jason Schrift, Douglas DeLuca, Erin Irwin and David Craig serve as co-executive
