Australien hat mehr zu bieten als ein weites und schönes Land. Es ist auch der Country wo Songwriter gute Ideen für neue Lieder bekommen. Ein gutes Beispiel hierfür ist Brian Elkington. Aufgewachsen in New York, mit 17 seine Liebe zur Musik entdeckt, zwischenzeitlich nach Australien gezogen und mal so ein Album aus der Hosentasche gezaubert. Es ist mehr Folk als Country, aber das stört nicht wirklich. Einfühlsam präsentiert sich jeder einzelne der 13 Songs. Michael McGlynn, der Producer vom Album, augagierte extra eine der talentiertesten Gruppen in Australien für die CD-Produktion. Das Werk kann sich hören lassen und ist als Hintergrundmusik mehr als geeignet.
Australien has more to offer then just beautiful land. It is also the Country where Songwriter’s get their good ideas for new Songs. A good example for that is Brian Elkington. He grew up in New York; in the age of 17 he found his love to Music. In the mean time he moved to Australia and just magically dumped a Record out of his pocket. It is more Folk then Country, but that doesn’t really matter. He presents his 13 Songs very emotionally. Michael McGlynn, the producer of the Album, hired one of the most talented Groups of Australia for the CD-Production. The CD sounds really great and is more then just Background Music.
