NASHVILLE, TN – (December 18, 2012) – Everything is heating up for Carnival Music’s newcomer Brent Cobb
with the exclusive online premiere of his unique live music video
series appropriately titled “The Fireside Sessions.” The first video in
the ongoing series features an intimate, live performance of Brent’s
current single, “Love On Me,” co-written by himself and Jason Saenz. The
Ellaville, Georgia native’s playful and flirtatious song comes to life
on Country Music Is Love today, Tuesday (12/18).
Directed by Reid Long and filmed at dusk around a roaring campfire
on a farm just outside of Nashville, TN, the video captures Brent’s
gripping, passionate vocals, rhythmic melodies and laid-back
personality.
“These first Fireside Sessions are something I wanted to do that
felt like home to me,” said Brent to Country Music Is Love. “Pickin’
around a fire is something we all do a lot of back home in Georgia.
‘Love On Me’ is a fun song for it. I’m pretty sure I used that line
‘fall in love on me’ on my wife. It worked.”
Brent has quickly become known as one of Nashville’s most promising
tunesmiths with his songs recorded by the likes of Luke Bryan, Little
Big Town, David Nail, Kellie Pickler and the Eli Young Band. With the
release of his debut single “Love On Me” to country radio airwaves and
self-titled EP produced by Matthew Miller and Oran Thornton, Brent is
turning the tables and bringing country music fans his first recording
as an artist.
Currently, Brent is out on the road visiting radio and playing
shows nationwide with upcoming dates in Greenwood, SC (1/11), Savannah,
GA (1/12) and Tuscaloosa, AL (1/18).
