Billy Ray Cyrus Performs At The Starkey Hearing Foundation’s 2012 Gala on Saturday August 4 in Saint Paul

and daughter Brandi attended the Starkey Hearing Foundation’s 12th
annual “So The World May Hear” Gala on August 4, 2012 at the Saint Paul
RiverCentre. The country music singer/songwriter/actor brought the
house down with his performance.
